Although not limited to, I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, panic, relationship issues, trauma, stress management, anger management,
grief, organizational health and wellness concerns. My policing career has provided me direct experience in facing trauma, distress, and working with those who are in agony. In addition to working with first responders, I work with a diverse group of people from a variety of cultures. I provide counselling and psychotherapy.
My therapeutic lens combines Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Self-Compassion and Awareness Therapy Methods.
